No, once we have a degree day rate on your home (usually after two deliveries), you can set your own rule on how low you want to get before delivery and you can set the amount to be delivered. Typically, a customer might say, "Anytime my tank gets down
to 1/4, put in 100 gallons." or "Don't let me get below 1/2, then fill." If the customer does not specify and just want to be kept automatically filled, we usually set delivery at 180 gallons.
